If we discover a material error affecting an order, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.

If a paid order is cancelled by AURIC, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method as appropriate.

Shipping availability, charges, estimated delivery timing, split shipments, address issues, and order-delivery procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees, and carrier, weather, inventory, holiday, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect timing.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, final-sale items, damaged or incorrect products, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Please review that policy before purchasing, particularly for jewelry and earrings that may be final sale except where stated otherwise.

Your use of those services may also be subject to applicable third-party terms and privacy practices. AURIC remains responsible for the customer commitments we expressly make on our site.

The AURIC name, branding, site design, original text, graphics, and other content owned by AURIC may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission except as allowed by law. Third-party product imagery, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update site information when reasonably necessary. Changes to these Terms apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
