All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. AURIC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact help@shopauric.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.
